Cannot move requisition to 'Filled' status using HDL

Summary:

Hi Experts,

I would like to move 100 plus 'Open-Unposted' job requisitions to 'Open-Filled' status using HDL. For testing purposes, I attempted to load just one requisition, but I received the following error:

"You need to enter a valid value for the SubmissionsProcessTemplateId field"

Is this working as expected?

Here is the HDL template I used:

METADATA|JobRequisition|RequisitionNumber|CurrentPhaseCode|CurrentStateCode|ApplyWhenNotPostedFlag
MERGE|JobRequisition|2229|REQUISITION_OPEN|REQUISITION_FILLED|N
