"Comment and Attachment" Section not visible on redwood page

Hello ,

I am trying to enable following page on redwood but "Comment and Attachment" Section not visible even I enabled the same in VB Studio but still can't see in preview. It didn't happen with other pages. Any thoughts How can I enable ? This section is enabled in RUI but when we moved to personalization this didn't enabled default

  • Global Human Resources --> Change Assignment
  • Global Human Resources --> Change Location
  • Global Human Resources --> Change Manager
  • Global Human Resources --> Change Working Hours
