Unable to Modify Project Cost Collection Flexfield at AP Invoice level if it is PO Matched.

We are unable to Modify Project Cost Collection Flexfields for PO Matched AP Invoices.

We have a requirement where Client create PO with Project and Award Details and later it can be changed when invoice raised.

But the issue is when Invoice created by Matching PO we are not able to modify Cost collection Flexfields.

Is there any option to enable them even for PO matched invoices? .
