Is it possible to send multiple emails using the dunning delivery data model in Collections?

I need to send two separate emails of the same dunning letters - one to the customer and one to our mail room.

I need to send certain dunning letters to our print room to be mailed out to our customers. Our print room has been overwhelmed by the number of letters and to combat this we decided to automate the printing. However, to automate this, the letters need to be sent as a separate email to the print room rather than Bcc'd in like they currently are.

Please can someone tell me if its possible to have the collection letters dunning delivery send two separate emails - one to the customer and one to the print room?
