Unable to default regular/part time fields based on Assignment category change

Summary:

Unable to Auto populate 'Regular' or 'Temporary' and 'Full Time' or 'Part Time' fields based upon Assignment Category change.

We have configured an Autocomplete Rule on "Assignment Category", if assignment category is changed then the

Regular or Temporary and Full Time or Part Time fields should change based upon Assignment Category change.

We created the rule, but it doesn’t work as expected. when "Assignment category" is changed the fileds are not auto populated.

How can we solve it?
