Update customer contacts using 4 sheet upload customer spreadsheet

We are looking to update the customer contacts using the upload customer from spreadsheet in UI, but it is not replacing the existing contact and creating a new contact point. Could you please assist on this request. Is there any possibility to update the customer info from 4 sheet FBDI template instead of 19 sheet FBDI
