Remove Learners from Offering level

Summary:

We would like to remove learners from offering level as they were automatically marked complete. The offering is an ILT offering for which we want to remove the learners. The possible change status is only Undo Complete for the completed ILT Offering

Actual effort= 0, completion date of all learners is same as the system marked them automatically complete and assignment date is same as completion date.

Please suggest the best way to achieve it.
