How can I import Branch address by CSV?

I tried to upload the branch addresses following the steps in this guide: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/financials/24c/faofc/how-you-upload-addresses-for-existing-banks-and-bank-branches.html but I have some doubts.

- Could you give me the mapping of the fields to use to load the branch addresses by csv?

- Could you tell me the Object to use for loading via the "Import Management" task?
