Autocomplete Rule to default Hourly Paid or Salaried field, to Salaried based on a particular LE

I need help with creating a rule for the Worker Assignment business object. We have a requirement to set the default value for the standard field "Hourly or Salaried" to "Salaried" and to default the DFF "Learning Access" to "YES."
