Subscription Usage Bill Lines are not interfacing to RMCS

Summary:

Based on the OSS and RMCS Setups, we're able to interface Subscription Bill Lines for PriceType=ONE-TIME and PriceType=RECURRING to RMCS. However, when the PriceType=USAGE, we're unable to interface those lines to RMCS.

This was identified both on the UI, as well by querying the following data tables: OSS_RMCS_DOC_T and OSS_RMCS_DOC_LINES_T

Has anyone observed a similar behavior? If yes, can you suggest the solution?
