How can we display opportunity link in Custom Object header layout?

We need to display opportunity name as a hyperlink on custom object header layout, so sales rep can redirect to opportunity or any other page using hyperlink on header layout.

It must be similar to Standard Object, example Contact, where mobile and email are hyperlink on header.

Can something similar be done on custom object?
