Why is the Load Interface File for Import not working?

The Load Interface File for Import process fell out of a role during the 24C release. We were able to add this privilege back to this role on 10/2/24 and the Retrieve Latest LDAP Changes job ran successfully. On 10/3/24, an associate tried to use the Load Interface File for Import process and received a "Retrying" status and then an "Error" status. We have reproduced this in our lower level environment and are getting the same error.
