Is there a limit on the number or products we can add on a subscription?

Is there a limit on the number or products we can add on a subscription? Our client currently has around 70K products under the same contract a fraction of these products are the same but the others are different. Nevertheless, they wish to have those many lines in the subscription and maintain the current business structure.
