Not able to sync Candidate Experience V2 Skill with the platform

Hi there,
We are testing the Recruiting Assistant for Carer Sites in our of our test environments.
I never worked with ODA before and I have some issue with syncing the Candidate Experience skills with the platform, although I ma able to do that for the Assistant. I used 'clone' action to update the platform for the pulled Assistant, I followed this documentation
but although I can update platform at Assistant level I can't to the same for the Skill, and the skill nested in my cloned Assistant is still utilising the incompatible platform.
