Parallel approval workflow

Hi everyone,

we need to configure an approval workflow in this way:
1. 3 different specific user have to approve the request > in this first step the approval flow has to be parallel

2. only if there is the approve from all the 3 first approvers, than there is the otherone approval step


How can we configure the first step? so how can we configure the parallel approval workflow with 3 different specific users?
