    Summary:

    I have copied Generate HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader Template to create a new payroll flow and tried to edit the Parameters in the Basis Value. I just changed the SQL where clause from ElementEntryCosting to ElementEntry. While saving this parameter, faced this issue.
