Auto provisioning of Data access

I am writing to inquire about a solution to automate the role provisioning process, particularly for SCM modules, with a specific focus on data access.

For instance, if a new employee is hired for the role of Inventory/Warehouse Manager within the Vision Operations business unit, I would like to automatically grant them data access to all warehouses/inventory orgs associated with that Business unit.

I am familiar with using role mapping rules to assign the Warehouse Manager role to the individual using Role mapping rules, I am seeking a more automated approach that would streamline the data access provisioning process.
