RSSP PR charge account problem

Hi,

I created a PR in RSSP, it can generated the charge account in Cart page, but when i clicked on the distribution line of this PR, the company segment and account segment is blank, and the department segment also didn't generate by the requester's department segment of his expense account, so this PR couldn't be submitted, like these screenshots:
