Refresh Target Columns In Mapper

Description (Required): If you add a new column to a table that is currently being used in the mapper, to get this column picked up you have to remove the table from the mapper and then add it again - this results in ALL column mappings being deleted and you have to start again.

So if you have mapped 80 columns and then you add 1 new column you have to redo all 80 columns just to add 1 new one.

Use Case and Business Need (Required): A lot of wasted development time redoing mapping when a new column is needed.
