Is it possible to approve the transaction from the email notification without login to the system

Hi Team,

Please let us know whether we can approve the transaction directly in the email notification without logging into the system.

We are submitting the Job Requisition it is going for approval and the approval email is triggering to approvers.

Business requirement is approvers has to approve the transaction from the email itself without login to the system.

Similarly, We are sending custom email notifications to the hiring manager by adding all the candidate details and resume links. When the user clicks on the link it asks the user to login to the system then the attachment is downloaded but the requirement is without login to the system user has to download the attachments.
