I can't delete lines from the Manage Document Sequence Categories setup

Summary:

I had an error when trying to change the Receiving Method Name, I noticed that there was (Doc ID 2392486.1) which gave the solution of going into Manage Document Sequence Categories and deleting the name so that I could create it again!

However, the "X" button that deletes this file is disabled!

How can I enable it?
