24B Cookie Consent - career site behaviour doesn't change

I have enabled the 24B Cookie Consent preferences feature but the additional buttons aren't visible in the career site to the end user.

I have enabled the cookie consent feature and amended the text for the different types of cookie, but just get the overall accept/decline options. This is the screenshot of the dev 1 career site after I have published the changes and the screenshot of the config screen.
