Create Lead through Outlook Plugin for Fusion CX Sales

We are investigating the possibility of allowing users to create lead from Outlook. Here's the flow that we are looking for:
1. a user checks their outlook inbox

2. they received an email with the email address from a known contact

3. they search for that contact in the outlook app

4. they create a new lead on this contact
