Trade Operation Charges Tax is zero

Hello,

I have an issue please.

Calculated tax in Trade operation charges is zero, although I am choosing supplier with tax, and I checked the tax calculation, entered inteded use and tax percentage in Tax determinate window.

Does anyone please can tell me the reason?
