Understanding communication on Helpdesk message
Hi Team,
I would like to understand the message concept. We do not have inbound email configuration. Employee has to enter the helpdesk tool and update the content. However, No email is triggered to assigned person. How can we enable the email communication for these updates. So, out support agents know there is an update in the ticket.
