Reordering of the fields on goals page in Redwood UI

Hi All,

We have enabled Redwood UI for Goals and Talent Management. The requirement here is to reorder the fields on the Goals page such that the Category field comes on top of the page.

Is there a way this can be achieved in Redwood using some personalization or customization?
