No Data is getting displayed on the goals page of line manager

Hi Team,

We have enabled Redwood for goals management and approvals are enabled where when an employee adds a goal, line manager will have to approve.

When employee's goals are not under any approval, the line manager can view the goals page of the employee and all goals are getting rendered.

But when an employee add a goal and submit it for approval, line manager does not approve the goal and at this moment tries to access the goals page of the employee. This is where the "nodata" is displayed on the goals page.

Is this an expected behavior or some issue in access or setup?
