Best Practice Advice on Account Management data access

Hi all,
I needed some best practice advice for a BFSI customer on how can we deliver the following use-case in the most standardized way within Oracle CX Sales Account Management:
- We have a business need where there'll be a header account and there may be child accounts based on different locations or line of business
- The header account can be accessible (view only) to everyone, but the child account should only be visible and editable for the child account owner
Should I be using child account as a part of standard account hierarchy? If yes, how best can I apply the data restrictions to ensure that only the account owner is able to view or edit the data?
