Prevent Disability information from interfacing into HCM
Summary: Is there a way to allow the candidate to complete his/her disability information and for the disability information to be used during the recruiting process, but to not have the disability information interface automatically into HCM when the candidate is moved to HR phase and a pending worker record is created in HCM? My client would like full control over any disability information that is captured in HCM and therefore first want to verify any disability information before allowing it to be captured in the system.
