the quick payroll does not calculated

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 2 comments

I created New setup by the steps I sent in images.

When I calculate the payroll it does not calculated and the element not processed.

This mean the the calculation does not enter the formula.

What's the wrong in my setup.
