unable to appear Created/Added notes at Invoice header level in Payables

Could you please help us with how to make notes to add at Invoice header level in Payables.

we have already added in the note section on invoice header level save and closed,

after searched with the same invoice number but it did not appear
notes on the invoice.

I have added requestor name and notes for both IDR and regular invoices.

It would be highly appreciated if someone could share on priority.
