DNS Resolution between 2 VCNs in the same region

Hi.

I have an issue that i cannot resolve DNS names (or even FQDN) between my 2 VCNs

When creating an instance in vcn-1 and checking /etc/resolv.conf i see only search vcn1-oraclevcn.com hence i can only resolve DNS addresses that are in the same VCN

I have VCN peering set via local peering gateways and on both VCNs it shows


Peered - Connected to a peer.

I tried to manually add to the instance's /etc/resolv.conf search vcn-2.oraclevcn.com but it didnt helped.

I also tried to add DHCP Option to vcn-1 DCHP settings
