Supervisory approval rule without using FINUSER30

I have written supervisory rules for expense reports.

Below is the code I had used.

Is there a way to modify the rule code without using 'FINUSER30' but still doing the same job ?

Rule Name & Configuration:

ExpenseReportManagerApprovalRule - Top Participant = HierarchyBuilder.getPrincipal("FINUSER30",-1,"","")

ExpenseReportInactiveEmployeeManagerApproverRule - Top Participant = HierarchyBuilder.getPrincipal("FINUSER30",-1,"","")
