How to insert link in email notification?

The following requirement has been requested:

When a service request ticket is being created on the HR Help Desk Request Page and submitted, an email should be triggered as followed:

We want the highlighted yellow text above to become a link and when we click on it, it brings us to the Service Request Page.

Please find attached word document for the setup of email notification.

Note1: The email is currently being triggered but no link is present on the email notification.

Can someone please confirm if requirement is feasible and how to insert a link on an email notification?
