Payment validation condition <not contain>

Summary:

Recently we have been facing some issues with payments. Users put some symbols that are not allowed by the bank. Could you please tell me if it is possible to restrict it using payment validation? I do not see <not contain> option. Is it possible to use some formula? I want to restrict using the long dash symbol.
