REDWOOD: Strange issue with deletion or edit of records on Skills and Quals page

Hi there,
I have a bit of a erratic and unpredictable problem with the Redwood Skills and Qualifications page (and which is a bit hard to explain).
Has anyone experience the issue where the system throws the 'An unexpected error occurred' on when editing or deleting certain Skills/Qualification records, but not on others?
I have tried to delete a record on Skills and Quals page (fourth in the list) but I receive an error, but when I attempt to remove or edit the record that is first in the listing, there is no error message and system behaves correctly.
