We have configured an autorejection rule for purchase requisitions (PRs) based on specific criteria. The rule is set to automatically reject a PR if the supplier is marked as "Black." The PRs are being auto-rejected as expected; however, the rejection reason is not displayed. We are only seeing the "Approval Stage" and "Approval Rule Name."

We followed these steps to configure the autorejection reason:

  1. Navigated to the Setup and Maintenance work area.
  2. Accessed the Manage Standard Lookups task.
  3. Searched for the ORA_POR_AUTO_REJECT_REASON
