    • How to allow anonymous user to submit SR to fusion service

    Summary:

    As for service cloud, the policy modelling would give options of "Who is this interview for" - Screenshot 1, but no such settings are available for connection with Fusion - Screenshot 2. 

    The issue I am encountering is the anonymous user is not able to create the SR (Have checked that we enabled anonymous contact within fusion), and the only required field of creating the SR is the Title.
