Can advance form customizations be done in Eloqua?

I have a custom form requirement where customers fill out their details and select a date and time for a test drive. The system retrieves available time slots from Eloqua's database based on the selected date.

Additionally, we need a validation step: When a customer selects a date and time, the system should check its availability. If the chosen time is unavailable, a message should display saying, "This particular date/time is not available for an appointment, please select another.". Is this possible to do in Eloqua, if yes, please do mention the steps for the same.
