Probation Period and Working Hours Field in Create Job Offer Action Set to required by default

Hello,

we have just noticed the follwoing, unusual behavior:

When trying to edit the workflow for "create and edit job offer" the system requires us to include the fields working hours and probation period in the employment details section ---> they are greyed out on the design studio and we cant change it.

Furthermore, once you create the job offer, the system does not recognize that the fields are required and lets you continue without entering information.

A quick check on our demo instance and on other client's systems shows me that we have a bug in this pod as both the fields working hours and probation period in the employment details section are not greyed out and are always optional.
