The category from a lov appears as code instead of name.

On the screen Hire an Employee, in the subsection Visas and permits, when selecting a value in the list of value in Category the name of this category is displayed "Business". Upon clicking on Save the category name is replaced by the category's Extended Code.

I would like to have the name displayed when clicking on save.

Is their additional configuration to be done or is this a bug ?
