Material Status Control

I have the following Scenario:

The client has a lot, the Material Status in the Lot is "RM Quarantine", located in a subinventory which has the same material status "RM Quarantine".

He wants to create a movement request to move these items from this subinventory to the final destination subinventory, with the material status is "QC Pass". When the transaction is done, I am searching for the item in the final subinventory, the material status is still "RM Quarantine"

Please advise how we can resolve this.
