Renaming Labels in Redwood Pages RSSP

Summary:

We need to rename the label for the flag "Negotiated" (See screen below).

According to Oracle guidelines this can be done using User Interface Text, however, by using this tool, we are changing the label not only in RSSP module but also in the Procurement Module or any other in which the label is present. Is it possible to isolate this update only to the requisition module?

Is it confirmed that the name for the flag "Negotiated" cannot be updated via VBS?
