Report Refresh Option in Smartview from menu does not refresh data

Hi all

We are seeing an issue where if we :

  1. Open a REPORT in Smartview and change data via an Add-hoc and then refresh report the data is not updated in the Report.
  2. However, if we use the option "insert Formatted Report" then we can see the correct data.

Could someone let me know why this is behaving as such?

What is the Refresh Report menu option used for?
