Manage Geography - how to enable Geography - Structure, Hierarchy & Validation- Is it mandatory to enable all below component under Manage Geography Task

When click on Hierarchy Defined can see open with below task but I am not sure what exactly need in this to enable the Hierarchy

can you pls add quick doc id in brief information about Manage Geography Task before jump into Enterprises structure setup
