Learn Administrators Cannot Delete External Learning Assignments for Learners

Summary:
The issue we are experiencing is that Learn Admins can no longer delete external training completion assignments. Navigation: My Client Groups> Learning Assignments> Type in team member’s name> Highlight external learning assignment> Mass Actions> Delete Assignment. When we get here, no matter what we select or add to the pop-up window, the Next stays grayed out.
Administrators can delete their own external learning assignments. Are there any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
