How to add multiple participants/stage approval in spreadsheet

In the BPM Approval setting, we could add participants/stage (sequencial or paralel)

But it seems start from release 23B oracle enforce to use simplified spreadsheet, so in our new project instance we have to set using spreadsheet.

How to add participants/stage (sequencial or paralel), Does it using 'add Block' below? if so, how to mark Sequencial or Parallel?
