Not able to cancel the work relationship for an employee who is created by mistake in system

Summary: Please provide solution for below case

1. My client has created an employee and hired into production by mistake. Now, we need to cancel the work relationship for that employee.
2. When tried canceling the work relationship then getting below error -

"Text: The message is Payroll process results exist for this person as of 2024-07-01. The processes run for this person must be rolled back before you can complete the action.."

1. Since Costing is done so the payroll can only be reversed by negative transaction (done manually) and not rolled back. Due to this, system does not allow to “remove” this EE record as financial transactions are created.
