401K Business Rule No Longer Working Correctly

Our 401K business rule in workforce is no longer calculating correctly. This member formula has been in place for months, there were no recent changes. Until yesterday (10/15) it was working fine. It is now not taking into consideration the cap. I have included archived scenarios showing the correct calculated numbers. All accounts int he calculation have the same amounts in all forecasts. Ii don't understand why it is now resulting in different numbers. any suggestions?

Forecast9 saved last month, Forecast10 saved on Tuesday 10/14. Forecast is the working forecast and shows the wrong data.
