Summary:

We operate globally and use multiple modules within HCM (ORC, Core HR, Payroll, Performance, etc.). One of our countries would like to use the local language for the recruiting process, as we believe enabling the local language could attract more talent. The local language appears to be supported in the Oracle Language Pack. If we install the language, our understanding is that it would be applied to all modules in HCM, making language enablement a tedious task since we would need to translate all custom-defined objects in other modules to the new language.
